Krysta Tzelepi, is the founder and managing partner of Treasure Lab Ltd..
Krysta is a professional with over 20 years of experience combining HR Line Management and Coaching & Management Development. She holds a BA in Psychology from the American College of Greece and a Masters degree in Child Development from Tufts University, USA.
Having worked as an Organizational Development Manager for Citibank Greece & as an HR Manager for Marks & Spencer, she has contributed to building HR & Development Practices and enhancing Results. Her view of business is always structured, practical & innovative.
In the last 14 years, Krysta Tzelepi worked towards developing executives & managers, by designing practical and innovative programs that contain steps, coaching sessions, easy to use tools and bring results.
Coaching is one of her key strengths as she was one of the pioneers who brought coaching to the Greek market in 2004. Later, in 2008, she initiated solution focused coaching in Greece, together with her former business partner at H2gO. She is an accredited Solution Focused Coach at PCC level (by the ICF –International Coach Federation) & a registered Mentor Coach (icf) with over 1,400 hours of logged-in coaching experience with executives of all levels from supervisors to CEOs.
Since 2011, Krysta Tzelepi has been co-facilitating the “Solution Focused Coaching School” ACSTH course. This program leads to ICF accreditation, in cooperation with Peter Szabo from Solution Surfers, based on Switzerland. In 2014, she became an International Faculty Member of SolutionsSurfers, contributing to a worldwide network of solution focused coaches.
So far over 4,000 executives have participated in coaching and development programs that Krysta Tzelepi and her colleagues have designed. Indicative clients include: Alpha Bank, BIC, Diageo, Eurobank, Novartis, PMI, Roche Pharma and others.
Krysta Tzelepi has appeared as a speaker at HR and Management Conferences in Greece, Turkey etc. well as at TEDxAcademy events. She is a regular contributor to magazines & newspapers, passionate about learning, working through strengths/solutions & developing people’s resilience skills.
