Krysta Tzelepi, M.A., PCC
Krysta Tzelepi, is a seasoned solution focused leadership coach, team facilitator with over 2000 hours of coaching executives at all levels. She is the founder, managing partner of Treasure Lab PC, an International Faculty Member of SolutionSurfers and a Celemi business partner for Greece and Cyprus. Krysta is also a Certified Professional Co-active Coach, an Authorized Team Facilitator by Team Coaching International - TCI and in 2019, she was trained as a PCC Assessor, for the International Coaching Federation-ICF.
With a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Athens, a B.A. in Psychology from Deree College and an M.A. from Tufts University on a full scholarship, Krysta started her career in teaching and later moved to HR for 10 years. She served as a country HR Manager for Marks & Spencer, as country Learning & Development Mgr for Citibank, before making a shift to Learning & Executive Development with her own consultancy firm in 2000.
As an ICF accredited PCC coach, since 2010, with over 2000 logged in hours, she is one of the pioneers who brought coaching to the Greek market in 2004 and who later introduced solution focused coaching in Greece. Since 2011, she runs the Solution Focused Coaching School- ACSTH, in cooperation with SolutionSurfers International.
Krysta is a founding member and Vice President of the ICF Greece Charter Chapter as well as the Hellenic Coaching Association-EMCC.
At Treasure Lab, together with her colleagues and the client, they co-create coaching & leadership development programs. The programs are practical, contain steps, use coaching as a tool for change and bring tangible results. So far, over 4,000 executives have participated in such programs. Clients are large and multinational companies, indicatively: Alpha Bank, BIC, Diageo, Eurobank, Fraport, JTI, Lafarge, Leroy Merlin, L’Oreal, TITAN and others.
As a speaker, she has participated in HR and Management Conferences in Greece, Turkey, Romania etc. as well as TEDx events.
In November 2019, the Coaching program designed for Leroy Merlin, received the only HR Award (Boussias Communication), in the category of Effective Use of Coaching.
In her free time, among other things, she loves lively discussions with friends, lunches with the family, joyous celebrations and enjoying a glass of wine with the Aegean in the background.

Designed and implemented stress management, resilience & conflict mgmt programs for schools and organizations (Athens College, First Steps Montessori School, Erasmios, Avgoulea-Linardatou, Treasure Lab Ltd. etc.).
Invited as an expert counselor by the Ministry of Education in Cyprus to implement a series of stress management programs.
Designed and implemented a two year program for classroom management in Ellinogermaniki Agogi and parents’ workshops in private and public schools.

Nikos Polidis
Nikos Polidis is a Senior Associate of Treasure Lab PC.
An experienced team facilitator & coach with over 3500 hours of experience in executive and team development. He is trained and certified as a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach (NLP) from the Hellenic NLP Academy, is an Authorized Trained User of Lego Education WeDo2.0 & Mindstorms EV3,Eduk8, and Facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play® Method, AvMM ACADEMY, and always in love with the combination of learning and playing.
As a team facilitator/coach, he is an Authorized Facilitator in Team Coaching International’s Team Diagnostic Tools, adding the team assessment element in team performance programs. He has extensive experience with large groups and teams in interactive learning settings and is a highly skilled facilitator. With a B.A. in Marketing Management, a Certified Adult Trainer from EOPPEP, he has been serving clients in large organizations, through partnerships in the last 5 years.
He has also designed and delivered training courses for real estate professionals and other services providers.His CSR activities include designing, developing and delivering over 50 training sessions on computer usage topics, like Skype, Microsoft Office, File organization, etc. for elderly groups of people.In his free time, he loves to create different things with his hands, gardening, walking with his two dogs and canoeing.

Alexandra Lekkou
Alexandra Lekkou is a Senior Associate of Treasure Lab PC.
An experienced People Management expert and certified Coach, Facilitator, and Positive Psychology Practitioner, with a genuine interest in people and belief in their potential.
Holding a Master's degree in Psychology (Sussex University) and Bachelor's in Sociology (Panteion University), she built a career in Human Resources Management and Consulting, focused on talent management, leadership development, culture management, employee experience, and well-being.
Over 25 years, Alexandra gained extensive industry experience at large organizations, multinational and Greek, in award-winning HR teams, progressing from regional specialist roles across HR functions (Competence Development and Compensation & Benefits senior specialist at Ericsson) to Senior HR Management roles (Advisor at BP and Senior HR Manager at WIND).
She has also held Consulting roles at the beginning of her career, HR Consultant at Response, and many years later, as Director, Leadership & Organizational Culture at Stanton Chase.
Alexandra has always been working to support individuals and teams to grow and organizations to foster an engaging and enabling culture and has been a key contributor to culture transformation projects and is trusted for her ability to lead change.
She is also passionate about the science of well-being and putting it to practice for bringing positive change, and to that end in 2022 she co-founded theHappyLab.
Alexandra is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the International Positive Psychology Association, she enjoys volunteer work with NGOs and start-ups and acts as Mentor for Women on Top, and Job Pairs, and as a facilitator for Action for Happiness.
In her free time, Alexandra enjoys exercising through dance, “warm” gatherings, and trips abroad with family and friends, as well as quiet time with her pets or by the sea.

Klea Barlou
Klea Barlou is a psychologist–psychotherapist with a demonstrated history of work experience in the mental health care industry including institutions like the Alzheimer's Athens Association, and the Eginition Hospital (Eating Disorders Department and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy unit). She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Westminster in London and a Master’s Degree in Rational- Emotive & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from the Goldsmiths University of London. During her studies in the UK, she has been active in the volunteering field, offering psychotherapeutic support to numerous NGOs (“Westminster Drug Project, Alcohol Resource Centre”) but also in the National Health System (Camden and Islington Foundation Trust, «The Crisis House» and «Connaught Square Practice»)
Since 2012 when she established her private practice in Greece she specialized in stress management, resilience, and mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. She has completed numerous seminars and professional training from well-known mental health institutions such as the “Clinical Psychopathology Seminar” from the Greek Psychiatric Association, “Training in Dialectic Behaviour Therapy”, “Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders” from the Eginition Hospital etc.
Κlea is also trained and certified as a solution-focused coach by Solution Surfers International and works as a coach in business settings and leadership projects.
She has also been active in the field of research with publications at European Conferences such as the Alzheimer’s European Conference (“Caring For Carers: A 12 week home care program designed to support and educate family carers”) as well as public speeches for training purposes in the Eating Disorders field (“The Greek Association of Behavioral Research: Eating Disorders Diagnosis and Etiology”).
Since 2020 she is working as a psychotherapy teacher for a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy training program in Athens («Center for Applied Psychotherapy and Counseling - Κ.Ε.ΨΥ.ΣΥ»). Through specialized seminars (“Essential Supervision Skills, British Psychological Association) she is now offering supervision for novice CBT therapists

Gina Theofilidou
Gina Theofilidou is Business Support Professional and operates as the Virtual Office Administrator of Treasure Lab PC.
Gina Theofilidou is a highly motivated and skilled Executive Assistant with over 28 years of experience as a Management Assistant covering different positions in Greek and multinational companies.
In 2014 she founded Your Distance Assistance offering virtual Business Administration Services to Business and Life Coaches, Trainers, Speakers, Business Professionals, Small Business Owners, and Associations.
In parallel, she offers specific training to PA/EA’s that want to run their own Virtual Assistant business, helping them to develop their skills and competencies to meet the current requirements and future demands of their role.
She holds certifications in Public Relations-Business Administration, in Tourism Management – Marketing, Train the Trainers Integrated Program Education and Exercise with Micro-teaching, Top Management Assistant from the University of Athens, CSMA Certification (Certified Secretaries Management Assistants), the unique certification that ensures the professional level of knowledge and skills of the holder at the secretarial management by ACTA, spin-off Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and she has graduated from Saint George Commercial College (Greek-English Executive Secretarial Studies).
Currently, she is serving as National Chairman of the International Management Assistants Association in Greece. She has served as National Chairman of the Greek IMA (former European Management Assistants Association) from 2010-2014 and as an Executive PR Officer from 2014-2016 to the Executive Committee of International Management Assistants’ Association (IMA).
She is also a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, Global PA Network, International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA).
