Our book for March is "Think Again" by Adam Grant, renowned organizational psychologist, and best-selling author. When I read it a year ago, I found it both enjoyable, inspiring, and a great book on the growth mindset & cognitive agility. I would recommend it for personal and professional development, as well as for leadership.
It is written in a way that attracts the reader, full of stories, examples and also backed by research from social psychology & cognitive science.

The book is divided into three parts: rethinking ourselves, rethinking others and rethinking systems. Each section is filled with examples, research studies, and stories that illustrate the importance of rethinking and provide practical advice on how to do it.
The author challenges the reader to question their beliefs and assumptions, to be open to new ideas and perspectives, and to seek out diverse viewpoints and feedback.

Another strength of the book is its relevance. The book addresses many of the challenges we face today, such as polarization, tribalism, and confirmation bias, and provides practical solutions for dealing with them.

The book is also relevant for anyone who wants to improve their decision-making skills, leadership abilities, or relationships with others. Overall, "Think Again" is a thought-provoking and inspiring book that challenges readers to embrace the power of cognitive flexibility and become more open-minded and curious.

Ηope you enjoy reading it!
