Mary Tsagaraki and the People & Culture Team of Roche, dedicated a full day to work as a new team, οn 24/6.
The day was focused on understanding each other's values, communicating, sharing strengths & vulnerabilities, and articulating one's place in the team.
There was team coaching, peer coaching, and much action, all contributing to a new level of team communication and connection.
