Over 600 learning & HR professionals from the Greek market participated in HR in Action, a yearly long standing conference. As I was scrolling through the site, I could find one of our presentations at the 1st HR in Action, in 2011! Boussias Communications is the organizer of the conference and it started as a forum for best HR practices and new developments in learning are shared among clients and providers.
As Treasure Lab, we had the opportunity to meet clients, friends and business acquaintances and present some of our interactive tools and methodologies.
Sharing how we use Playmobil Pro was a highlight for us and people who visited our booth. Participants in the conference were able to try out and were offered a Treasure Lab box with a Playmobil starter kit.
Playmobil Pro is a methodology in which we have been trained by Juan Prego and Actitud Creativa Spain, as facilitators. Since 2021, we have been really enjoying using it in many of our programs. We have developed our own templates,, scenarios in programs, such as:
- Executive Coaching
- Transforming Teams
- Leader as a Coach
This methodology can be used to open new roads in thinking and sharing, to boost creativity and in many other ways. It answers questions like:
- How do I see myself as a leader?
- What is the top challenge of our team?
- What actions will takes us one step further?
- How do we see our team in 2 years when we have been successful?
