A proud moment for Treasure Lab! On Friday, November 8th, we joined OPAP at the HR Awards 2024 ceremony at Intercontinental Hotel to celebrate their well-deserved recognition for an impactful Executive Coaching program we had the honor of designing and implementing together.
The Program under the title “Elevate Yourself” was the largest executive coaching program that OPAP has undertaken so far, within the umbrella of the OPAP Leadership Academy.
From February to November 2024, our team of Treasure Lab coaches worked closely with 38 OPAP Directors, empowering them through research-based assessments and personalized coaching sessions. Overall, we conducted 418 coaching hours and 380 one to one coaching sessions and empowered directors towards leadership growth and impact.
The program had a Net Promoter Score of 80% while participant directors rated the experience 97% as excellent. The impressive results are a testament of Treasure Lab’s program effectiveness and OPAP’s commitment to leadership growth and transformation.
