On September 27th, we ran a game-changing workshop that took HR professionals and executives through an exploration of how Playmobil Pro and peer coaching could be combined to help individuals create a clear personal vision.

Here are some highlights:

1. Clarity on Character Strengths:

Identifying character strengths was an important element of the day and participants explored how they can use them more to enhance professional and personal growth.

2. Creating a Personal Vision:

Each participant had the opportunity to “bring their vision to life”. Thanks to the creative and powerful approach of Playmobil Pro—an abstract thought could materialize into an insightful and visual result. This offered clarity and inspiration! 

3. Unleashing the Potential of Peer Coaching:

Participants valued the process of sharing reflections and receiving feedback, in collaboration with peers, most of whom had at best been strangers only a few hours ago. The peer coaching process allowed participants to look with fresh eyes at their challenges and goals.

4. A Collaborative and Attractive Ambiance:

Our workshop provided an inclusive, strengths based and solution focused learning atmosphere through which professionals were free to express themselves. It definitely reinforced notions of peer collaboration and underlined how shared growth is more powerful. The insights derived were valuable and aiding personal growth.
