Eleni is an experienced Human Resources expert and Professional Certified Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation – ICF.

Eleni has a passion for people development and fulfillment.

Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (Strathclyde University) and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Athens University of Economics & Business), she built her career in Human Resources Management, holding roles of increasing responsibility in companies across sectors such as media, entertainment, hospitality, and travel retail.

Eleni also served as a Human Resources Consultant for KPMG Greece, providing services in human resource development for a diverse client base, including banking, pharmaceutical, and retail sectors.

Her professional journey has reinforced her belief that individuals can achieve incredible things when they focus on their goals. Eleni defines “focus” as the intentional direction of energy towards meaningful targets, leveraging existing resources, and cultivating new capabilities.

Driven by her dedication to people’s growth, Eleni expanded her skillset with an Advanced Diploma in Life & Executive Coaching (Kingstown College) and a Diploma in Team & Leadership Coaching (Positivity). She supports and empowers individuals and teams to set purposeful goals and develop actionable plans to reach their objectives.

Eleni is a member of the International Coaching Federation and served on the ICF Greece Chartered Chapter board for three years(2019-2021).

In her free time, Eleni enjoys literature, travelling, meeting friends, and solving puzzles.
