Gina operates as the Virtual Office Administrator of Treasure Lab PC.

She is a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Support Professional with over 30 years of experience as a Management Assistant covering different positions in Greek and multinational companies.

In 2014 she founded Your Distance Assistance, an Office Administration company that provides outsourcing services:

• Virtual Business Support
• Communication Services

for Entrepreneurs – Small Businesses, and Non-Profit Organizations & Associations.

In parallel, she offers specific training to PA/EAs that want to run their own Virtual Assistant business, helping them to develop their skills and competencies to meet the current requirements and future demands of their role.

She has graduated from Saint George Commercial College (Greek-English Executive Secretarial Studies).

She holds several professional certifications:

• Masterclass in Digital & Social Media Marketing (162 hours) by Knowcrunch.
• Certification in GDPR (GDPR Specialist and DPO) from the University of the Aegean and Vellum Global Educational Services
• From the University of Athens Executive Education (EKPA) in Public Relations-Business Administration, Tourism Management – Marketing, Train the Trainers Integrated Program Education and Exercise with Micro-teaching, Top Management Assistant.
• From ACTA, spin-off Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, CSMA Certification (Certified Secretaries Management Assistants), a unique certification that ensures the professional level of knowledge and skills of the holder at secretarial management.

Currently, she is serving as National Chairman of the International Management Assistants Association in Greece. She has served as National Chairman of the  Greek IMA (former European Management Assistants Association) from 2010-2014 and as an Executive PR Officer from 2014-2016 to the Executive Committee of the International Management Assistants’ Association (IMA).

She is also a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, Global PA Network, International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA).
