Klea is a psychologist–psychotherapist with a demonstrated history of work experience in the mental health care industry, as well as a certified solution focused coach and facilitator.

Since 2012 she has an established private practice in Greece, specializing in stress management, resilience, and mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Westminster in London and a Master’s Degree in Rational- Emotive & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from the Goldsmiths University of London.

During her studies in the UK, she has been active in the volunteering field, offering psychotherapeutic support to numerous NGOs (“Westminster Drug Project, Alcohol Resource Centre”) but also in the National Health System (Camden and Islington Foundation Trust, «The Crisis House» and «Connaught Square Practice»).

She has graduated from the Solution Surfers ICF accredited Coaching School – ACSTH and has attended seminars from well-known mental health institutions such as the “Clinical Psychopathology Seminar” from the Greek Psychiatric Association, “Training in Dialectic Behaviour Therapy”, “Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders” from the Eginition Hospital etc.

She has also been active in the field of research with publications at European Conferences such as the Alzheimer’s European Conference (“Caring For Carers: A 12 week home care program designed to support and educate family carers”) as well as public speeches for training purposes in the Eating Disorders field (“The Greek Association of Behavioral Research: Eating Disorders Diagnosis and Etiology”).

Since 2020 she is working as a psychotherapy teacher for a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy training program in Athens («Center for Applied Psychotherapy and Counseling – Κ.Ε.ΨΥ.ΣΥ»).

Through specialized seminars (“Essential Supervision Skills, British Psychological Association) she is now offering supervision for novice CBT therapists.
