Niki has been working as a Human Resource Development Consultant, Adult Educator, and Coach since 2002. At the same time, she coordinates personal development groups. She has worked with numerous companies in Greece and Cyprus.

In 2011 she created the 4people Matters team. Together with her partners she designs and implements workshops and training programs of interactive and experiential approaches for the development of human resources. In the experiential approach, she uses techniques and methods from Drama/Theatre and Gestalt. At the same time, she implements executive coaching, and career and creativity coaching programs.

She is a Certified Trainer by the National Organization for Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP), a certified EMCC coach, a certified consultant of the tools Extended DISC – FinxS, and a partner of Extended DISC in Greece.

In 2023 she joined the team of trainers of the EMCC Global coaching program Advanced Certification for Corporate Coaching, ACCC.

She has studied Compositional Approach Counseling (Diploma in Counseling – COSCA). She has attended and continues to attend numerous seminars and training programs on coaching, psychology, and personal development, in Greece and abroad.

She is a member of the International Enneagram Association, HCA /EMCC Greece, and EMCC Cyprus. She has offered volunteer work as a coach at HCA /EMCC Greece since 2017 and at EMCC Cyprus since 2020.

In addition, she is a member of the organizing committee for Talent Coaching for Youth (EMCC Greece) and a member of the Board of Directors of EMCC Cyprus.
