Continuing the Leadership Journey at Mitsis Group
At Treasure Lab, we believe leadership is a continuous journey of growth. Building on the success of our 2024 program with the General Managers of Mitsis Group hotels, we continued in 2025 with the next generation of hospitality leaders. This year, 17 Assistant Managers, F&B Managers, and Room Division Managers participated in a structured 360° leadership survey and a series of four solution-focused coaching sessions led by our team of four Treasure Lab coaches.
Program Structure: Developing Future Hospitality Leaders
Session 1: 360° Feedback & Development Areas
- Each participant explored their personalized 360° leadership survey results.
- Identified key areas for growth and leadership development.
Session 2: Action Planning
- Designed focused plans with their coach to strengthen leadership skills.
- Created actionable steps to improve workplace impact.
Session 3: Putting Plans into Practice
- Experimented with new behaviors and leadership approaches.
- Applied development plans in real workplace situations.
Session 4: Conclusion & Handover
- Joint session with manager and HR to ensure alignment.
- Defined next steps for long-term leadership growth.
