In the context of empowering and upskilling the company’s managers, JTI has just completed the Leader as Career Coach program, co-created with the HR Team of JTI and implemented by Treasure Lab. This was a learning journey that empowered and upskilled managers to learn how to coach and to develop the habit of coaching in their daily work. The goal of the program was to encourage coaching practice with each manager’s team, enabling them to advance each team member in their career.
Participants enjoyed a learning journey that started in June and finished in November, combined multiple tools, including live workshops, executive coaching sessions, practical exercises, digital games, reflection sheets, and much more.
