On 14 November we delivered our Sustainability Accelerator workshop at the Hellenic Horse Riding Club, welcoming participants who are committed to strengthening their understanding of sustainability and its role in modern organizations. The day combined experiential learning, reflection, and practical exploration of how sustainable decisions influence long term outcomes.

Through the Celemi Sustainability simulation, teams engaged with real world challenges, tested strategic choices, and observed how financial, environmental, and social factors interact in a business context. The hands on format helped participants navigate complexity in an accessible and meaningful way.

As part of the workshop, participants also joined a fireside style conversation with invited Sustainability experts. This segment offered space for open questions and diverse perspectives, enriching the learning experience with real world insights from leaders working at the forefront of sustainability:
