This is a Mentoring Program with Mentees at Center Stage mentored by the Executive Team at JTI (Japan Tobacco International, Greece Cyprus & Malta)
Treasure Lab PC has trained both mentors and mentees and is facilitating their progress workshops using solution-focused discussions and techniques.

The entire program has been implemented online reflecting adaptation to workplace changes and serving as evidence that great mentorship can take place very successfully in the hybrid workplace!
